Registry FAQ

How do I get help?

We love to help, and offer lots of ways for you to contact us. All messages and e-mails will be returned within two business days.

If you do not reside in Los Angeles you can call Customer Service at 877 482 7856 Option 3 Monday through Fridays for assistance with your registry set up.  Alternatively you can register online 24/7 with our easy website registry process that guides you through all steps.

How do I register?
You can register in store with the help of our sales staff or one of our personal shoppers. You can Create Your Registry here online. Or you can e-mail or call customer service to schedule a time to set up a registry. 

What do Petit Tresor Personal Shoppers do?
Our personal shoppers are available at our West Hollywood location Monday through Saturdays from 10 am to 6pm to help you select all of your registry items.  You may register for anything from custom bedding and furniture to our Petit Picks.  Petit Picks include all of our tested and mother approved products that we believe in and have had great experience with.  Our goal is to have you register for exactly what you need and nothing more than that.  If you are a nursing mummy or a bottle mummy we can guide you every step of the way.  

How do I add gifts to my registry?
Once you've set up your registry online the easiest way to add products is via our website.   Just log on to your registry and start shopping. When you find an item you'd like to register for, simply click "add to registry" button on that product's page and your item will automatically be added to your registry.  You can eliminate or add items at any point so have a good time and create your dream registry.

What if I don't finish setting up my registry now?
Do not worry!  You can add to your registry before, during and after your registry set up.  In fact if many items have been purchased you can simply log into your registry and add more items.

Do you have the same items available in stores and online?
Not all items that are available on-line are in our showroom.  Our website offers a very large selection of items which we know you have requested.  

How do I add gift cards to my registry?
Go to the Gifts category on our home page and select Gift Certificate.  You can simply add any desired amount to your registry.

What if I forgot my password or want to change it?
You can easily reset your password.  Simply follow the prompts to reset your password and you will be able to automatically log-in.

How long will my registry be available after the event?
Registries will be available both online and in stores for one year.

Sharing your registry

How do I let my friends know where I'm registered?
Petit Tresor provides complimentary registry cards for the hostess of your shower to include in your shower invitations at our store or through Customer Service. Simply e mail us at customerservice@petittresor.com and ask us to send you registry cards.  Don’t forget to indicate mail to address and also desired number of registry cards.

How else can my friends access my registry?
Your friends and family can access your registry online simply by going to petittresor.com and clicking on Gift Registry. They can go into our showroom, call customer service or place an order online. Customer service can be easily reached at 877 482 7856 between 11am & 7pm PST.

Completing Your Registry

Will I get duplicates?
It is very likely that you will receive duplicates since some friends might buy off your registry on-line and others might come into our showroom.  All showroom purchases will be marked as “purchased” off of your registry however if purchases are made simultaneously you might end up with duplicates.  The good news is that Petit Tresor has a very liberal registry gift exchange policy.  Simply bring your unused and un-opened item to our store or mail it to us and you can easily exchange your item or receive a gift card that you can enjoy later. 

Where and how will my gifts be shipped?
All registry items are shipped via UPS ground.  If you desire NOT to receive your goods, Petit Tresor can place what is called a “Registry Hold”.  A registry hold is often used by customers who are unsure about what they would like to do with all of their gifts and do not want to take possession of them.  Once your shower has ended you can simply come into our showroom or call customer service and get a total credit balance of all purchased items.  You can at that point decide to keep all, some or none of the purchased items.  If you choose to exchange some items you have received for other items you can certainly do so.  Otherwise we will issue you a gift card for you to use at your own discretion.

What if I don't want gifts shipped to my house?
For your privacy, we will never display your actual mailing address to the gift-giver. But if you prefer not to receive any gifts directly simply e mail us at info@petittresor.com and ask for either a “registry hold” or you may give us an preferred address where you would like your items shipped.

What if I didn't get everything I wanted?
After the date of your registry with our completion program you may purchase any remaining items off of your registry and receive a 10% discount.  Stop into our showroom or contact us to find out how to redeem your 10% discount.
